Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by Multiply Marketing ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

1. Services

Multiply Marketing provides a range of digital marketing services, including but not limited to SEO, Digital Marketing, Social Media and GMB Posting, Website Making, and funnel creation. The specifics of the services to be rendered will be detailed in a separate agreement or proposal between you and Multiply Marketing.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of our collaboration, you agree to:

Provide necessary access: You will grant us access to relevant accounts and platforms (e.g., website backend, social media profiles, Google Analytics) as needed to perform our services.

Provide content and feedback: You will provide all necessary content, materials, and timely feedback required for us to complete our work. Delays in providing these may impact project timelines.

Be truthful: All information you provide to us must be accurate and truthful.

Comply with laws: You will not use our services to engage in any illegal or unethical activities.

3. Payment and Fees

Fees: All fees for our services will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal. Fees are typically due upon receipt of an invoice.

Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for any accounts that are more than 30 days overdue. A late fee may be applied to overdue balances.

Taxes: All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

4. Intellectual Property

Client Content: You retain all ownership rights to the text, images, and other content you provide to us. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use this content for the sole purpose of providing our services to you.

Our Deliverables: Upon full payment for our services, you will own the final deliverables, such as the completed website or marketing funnels. We, however, retain the right to use our proprietary tools, methodologies, and general know-how to provide services to other clients. We may also use your project in our portfolio for promotional purposes.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public information confidential, including business plans, financial information, client data, and marketing strategies. This obligation of confidentiality will survive the termination of these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will result in specific outcomes, such as a particular number of leads, sales, or an increase in search engine rankings. We use our expertise and data-driven strategies to maximize your potential for growth, but results can vary based on market conditions, competition, and other factors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Multiply Marketing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any and all claims related to these Terms or our services will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the services with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you agree to pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State, e.g., California], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
