Therefore, we do not accept "returns" in the traditional sense. Once a service has been rendered or a project milestone has been completed and approved, it cannot be returned.
2. Our Commitment to Satisfaction
We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, data-driven solutions. To ensure you are satisfied with our work, we include a review and revision process in every project. We will work with you during these phases to make sure the deliverables meet your expectations and are in line with the agreed-upon strategy. Your feedback is crucial to this process, and we consider deliverables "final" and "accepted" once you have given your explicit approval.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally not provided for work that has been completed and accepted. However, we may consider a partial refund in the following limited circumstances:

Overpayment: If an overpayment has occurred, we will refund the overpaid amount.
4. Non-Refundable Items and Services

Services Already Rendered: Fees for any services that have been completed, whether as a standalone service or as part of a larger project, are non-refundable.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Discovery, research, and strategy work.
- Completed design mock-ups or website pages.
- Published social media posts or content.
- Executed ad campaigns and ad spend.
Third-Party Costs: We cannot refund any fees paid to third parties on your behalf, such as domain name registration, hosting fees, ad spend, or software subscriptions.
5. How to Request a Refund
