Our Cancellation Process

The effective date of cancellation will be 30 days from the date we receive your written notice. This 30-day notice period allows us to properly wrap up ongoing work, hand over any completed assets, and ensure a smooth transition.

Fees and Final Payments

Upon receiving your cancellation notice, we will:

Cease new work: We will stop all new work related to your project.

Bill for work completed: You will be billed for all services and work completed up to the effective cancellation date. This includes any work performed during the 30-day notice period.

Final Invoice: You will receive a final invoice detailing all outstanding charges. This may include fees for services performed, any unpaid retainer fees, or other costs outlined in your original agreement. All final invoices are due upon receipt.

Project-Specific Cancellation Terms

Monthly Retainer Services: For services such as SEO, Social Media Posting, or ongoing Digital Marketing campaigns, your final invoice will include the full cost of the services delivered during the 30-day notice period.

One-Time Projects: For projects like Website Making or Funnel Creation, if you cancel mid-project, you will be billed for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. This includes discovery, design, development, and any other agreed-upon milestones. Any payments made for work not yet completed will be refunded, unless otherwise specified in your project agreement.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for services that have already been rendered.

No-Show or Late Cancellations

We dedicate time and resources to each of our clients. If you cancel a scheduled meeting, consultation, or workshop with less than 24 hours' notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.

Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time if you fail to comply with our Terms of Service, including non-payment of invoices, or if the working relationship becomes untenable. In such a case, we will provide you with written notice and an invoice for all services rendered up to the termination date.
